It is smooth, non-offensive in the acid department and comes in 3 varieties. It's a nice alternative to buying say an $85 bottle of Cain Five and finding out after the fact that it has turned. Chuck's is drink-able, cook-able, easy on the hang-over and if you open a bad bottle, who cares. Throw it out and open another one. <br /><br />Good stuff cheap. Don't knock it.
