I watched New Moon last night. Don't worry, I downloaded it (allegedly). For the first half of the movie I wanted to give Bella a shake for being such a mopey suck. Then when she hooked up with Jacob I started to enjoy the movie more. Some cool werewolf effects followed. Way too many native american dudes with no shirts. Then the ending. The ending which was the cheesiest, teeny-bopper heart string tug attempt I've ever seen. Literally I'm talking about the last 5 seconds. New Moon, you didn't have me, then you perked me up for an hour or so, then you totally lost me. And here I was afraid I'd have to write some sort of retraction today. Bleeech.

Due to the fact there is nothing that scares me more than vampires, I will have to take your word for it on these. You need a top 5 list of hockey movies, I am your guy.

Live at Lakeshore Theater in Chicago!!! Thats right, Bo Burnham, November 27th and 28th LIVE. With an open bar and a 10pm showing, things could get crazy

Well, you can't really classify the twighlight series (books or movies) as being about Vampires. Its a love story......have you read the books? You should and might be surprised to find yourself hooked and giddy like a thirteen year old girl who just purchased a Corey Haim poster!!!! Unfortunately, the youth of today is going to rely on this series for all their vampire wisdom. Sad. Take it for what it is...Hot guys without shirts....because thats enough for me :-)

I saw Gabriel a couple of years ago. It's been out for awhile. You're right - very good. I also took your advice about the Australian series, Underbelly, and am 2 episodes away from having watched the first 2 seasons already. Best site EVAH! http://tvshack.net/tv/Underbelly/

I really need to see Fright Night and Near Dark. I saw Let the Right One In last year at the OSIO in Monterrey. Very impressed, such a different take. However, I love horror movies or anything spooky. I just saw an incredible Australian movie - it isn't vampires but it deals with angels and demons. It is called Gabriel and is very awesome considering the budget they produced it on James Cameron should take notes.
