-I was the 4th employee hired at this company which grew to 80 people. I began as a Web Content Developer but my management experience became apparent to my employers and I quickly became the Project Manager for all of our internal projects. I led the production of all corporate marketing materials including our entire Web site, while performing duties as a graphic designer and Web developer.

Moved to England and worked in a pub for 14 months where I managed bar operations. This was another opportunity to further my managerial, organizational and people related skills. I was in charge of stock, staffing, cashing out, floats, security and events as well as the subtleties of day-to-day operations.

While attending University in Canada, I was responsible for all of the major on-campus bars, nightclubs and event halls. These included:
-A 400 person capacity nightclub where I was solely responsible for all staffing, stock, security, managerial and financial duties. I oversaw a staff of 35 and a nightly take of $5,000. I tripled sales at the bar in the year that I ran it and received written commendations from University Operations and the Police Force whom had had a lot of trouble with the bar in the years prior to my tenure as manager.
-A 700-person capacity event hall where I was responsible for all of the above plus helping to book and entertain major musical acts.
-A 500-person capacity Pub which was the most popular in the city. I was part of a management team which over saw all of the above managerial duties and was in charge of revenues in excess of $1,000,000 a semester.
