Why, look what came in the mail today! To say that I am excited would be the understatement of my 34 years on Planet Earth. A crazy cabbie and tickets with no address on them ensured we were late for the show. We were seated with the director and his wife, however, and got lots of cool tidbits between sketches. Dave and the good doctor pose with Count Floyd himself, Joe Flaherty.
The after party was held next door at Wayne Gretzky's. The Sammy Maudlin skit was probably my favorite. Andrea Martin did an incredible job as Edith Prickley, Miss Scloroso and the uncomfortable sex therapist.
Andrea and Catherine reminisce at the after party. When short came out as Ed Grimley about 2 sketches into the show, I laughed so hard I cried. Colin Mochrie was my first photo-victim, and I'm proud to say I made him laugh.
Janet and Catherine O'Hara - She was extremely nice to all of her fans. O'Hara and I smile and ignore the serial killer in the background. The Pye dentistry is impeccable.
A standing ovation and brief nod to John Candy wrapped up an incredibly funny, funny, funny show. The photographer starts to wrangle the SCTV'ers.

Description: Janet and I are attending the 2008 SCTV Reunion as VIPs. I will be taking many photos as I hopefully meet a slew of childhood heroes.
