Tiny choplet loinlings marinated in tasty red wine, olive oil, a whole mess of garlic and a slew of spices. If I could somehow provide T-Fal with a testimonial for their indoor grill, I surely would. Roast potatoes tossed in olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and even more garlic than I used in the marinade.
The finished product included grilled flatbread, tzatziki, Greek salad and a whole lotta love. Let's look at perfection from a slightly different angle, shall we? "Don't take photos of me while I eat this divine and sincerely perfect Greek feast, David!"
Tuesday Tasty #2: Chicken Souvlaki Madness. Hold me, thrill me, kiss me, grill me. Up close and personal. Too bad I used all the skewers.
Just grillin' a little naan, man. Platin' up the Greek goodness for the whole Pye clan. "No matter where I walk in this room... the eye follows me."
