Monday’s Quotelet: You’re No Palamino Of Mine.

Desperate to get out from under the shadow of Roy Rogers, Trigger tried his hoof at Hong Kong action flicks.

Tyler Durden’s Equestian Tour had yet to take off in the states, but White Bronco used the pain of too many OJ jokes to rise to the top of the European circuit.

Come on, kids. This should be an easy one.

Equestrian gaming officials announced yesterday that they will be conducting investigations into the widely rumored steriod use among herbivors, also being touted as ‘My Little Pony on Roids’.

China has decided that it is best to stop pegging its currencies against the USD and start pegging on a basket of 8 currencies. For the first time Mexican Americans find themselves betting against Eddie Arcaro!

This probably makes no sense but worth a shot – at least I kept it clean for once.

    Dave,

Don’t give in this week – if you think you are better then go with it. Tired of seeing Graeme’s picture over taglines that are only half as good as yours or attempted more than once… Rule should be only one post per contestant.

    “I CHOOSE SHADOWFAX!!!”
Since the inclusion of Pokeman into Japanese culture and since cock fighting never grew popular… Chinamen and Midwest Americans have taken a common interest besides Ramen Noodles. Developing different methods of gaining the populace attention of their teen youth through horse fighting.

    Ted,

Instead of debasing others’ attempts, why don’t you try writing something witty instead of whiney?

There are many seeds of greatness among the quotelets this week.

The White Bronco and My Little Pony references were so, so close. However I have no frigging idea what Monster is talking about.

I am going to leave it as a draw for this week. Next week’s assignment is to remember this: Less is more. Keo is trying to jam 2 jokes into the same quote, and Aubs could have been more effective at half the length.

    We’re getting close.
